Stolen Bins

Householders must report stolen bins to the police and get a police incident number. Then householders should download and complete a ’Stolen Bin’ form to receive a new bin at 50% reduced rate. Prices are detailed within the form.

Damaged Bins

Bins are guaranteed for 5 years, any older than this will not be replaced free of charge as this is considered wear and tear.

To request a new bin, or have your bin repaired download and complete the ’New/Repair Bin’ application form. Prices are detailed within the form.

Replacement wheels/axle for 240ltr bins £11.50

Replacement lid for 240ltr bins £10.25
