The Valley Leisure Centre offers first class swimming lessons for both children and adults. It's never too late to learn!

Children’s Lessons

Children’s lessons normally run for a 12 week course. Lessons are part of the ASA Frosties National Swim awards (visit website) and we provide levels 1 – 10.

• Next Course: 11th January 2010
• Duration: 12 weeks / 30 minutes per lesson.
• Cost: £38.50 per child
• Times: Mon-Thurs 3:30pm-6:00pm, Sat 8:45am-11:15am

A waiting list system of 6-9 months is in operation due to the popularity of the children's swimming lessons. Children must be at least 5 years old before they start lessons but can go on the waiting list from 4.

Adult Beginners & Improvers Courses!

• Next Course: After Easter
• Duration: 1 week / 45 minutes per lesson.
• Times: 7:00pm-7:45pm (beginners) / 9:00-9:45pm (improvers)
• Cost: £30.60 (Zest member) / £36.00 (Non-member)
