Zest Fitness Studio Classes
The Valley Leisure centre runs over 30 classes each week throughout it's 3 halls, dance studio and pools. All classes are open to both men and women. Most classes can be attended by anyone without any prior booking - simply turn up.
Cost of Classes
1. Zest Fitness members paying £25 month: FREE! and get access to pre-booking and online booking.
2. Zest Discount or Zest Concession members paying £12.70 year: £3.60 and get access to pre-booking and online booking.
3. Non members: £4.20 (pre-booking not available)

SPIN/RPM
An indoor cycling programme for developing cardiovascular capacity. Burning up to 900 calories in one 60 minute session, Spin/RPM is a favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat and guarantees to leave you on a high wanting more.
BODY COMBAT

PILATES

YOGA
Yoga offers us a holistic approach to body, mind & spirit, which can provide us with ‘tools’ to cope with the challenges of daily life. Yoga can also complement medical science and therapy for specific conditions.
BOXERCISE
The best stress buster around – is one of the most effective forms of cross training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems but also enhances sports specific senses including hand-eye coordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.
SOCCERCISE
A circuit class based upon the movement patterns and physical demands made upon the body during a game of football. The class is effectively a game without the need for ball skill or physical contact which makes it a safe and effective form of exercise suitable for all ages and levels of ability all set to upbeat music.
STEP UP AND DANCE
A combination of Dance and Step movements set to high tempo beat. Suitable for all abilities and age groups.
LINE DANCING
To keep healthy and fit and have fun at the same time come line dancing. From the beginner to the more adventurous who want to compete – there is something for every level. No partner needed.
