We only hold registrations for Births, Stillbirths and Deaths registered in Northern Ireland from 1997 and Marriages, Civil Partnerships from 2004 onwards. Previous registrations can be obtained from the General Register Office of Northern Ireland.

If you are sending a request for a certified copy of a particular Birth, Stillbirth, Death, Marriage and Civil Partnership it is necessary to give the exact date and place of the event and include a cheque or money order in UK Sterling made payable to Newtownabbey Borough Council.
