Commercial disposal of hardcore is not permitted at Bruslee Recycling and Civic Amenity Site.

Householders resident in the Borough may continue to use the facilities at Bruslee.

Newtownabbey householders resident in the Borough wishing to use this facility will be issued with a disposal token (free of charge) on completion of the necessary application form. When completing the form proof of residence within the Borough must be submitted, no application will be accepted without this requirement. As proof of residency a current driving licence or other photographic evidence with an address must be presented.

The token will be valid for a period of 28 days from date of application and for material not exceeding one tonne. If domestic works exceed one month you must reapply for a further one month extension by completing the renewal section of the application form. Please record your token number on the renewal form.

• at Mossley Mill during the hours of 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

Completed forms should be posted to Cleansing Business Support, Newtownabbey Borough Council, Mossley Mill, Newtownabbey BT36 5QA.

Please ensure the necessary proof of residency information is included with your application.
