Walking is one of the simplest, safest and most effective form of physical activity. Every adult in Northern Ireland should accumulate 30 minutes of physical activity on most days of the week.

Meets Monday (for everyone) and Wednesday (men only) 2:15pm at various locations.

Newtownabbey Way
The Newtownabbey Way becomes part of National Cycle Network Route 93 and runs from Corr’s Corner to the shores of Belfast Lough at Whiteabbey. Keen pedestrians and cyclists are already making use of the path which will undoubtedly be a major attraction for both residents and visitors to the Borough.
