Compiling a Tender Document
Preparing a tender bid properly will improve your chances of winning the contract or order. The following steps should be taken:
1. Read the documentation thoroughly.
2. Ensure you submit a Tender which meets the specification/service required.
3. The evaluation criteria will be stated clearly in the tender documentation. Please take the criteria into consideration when compiling your tender.
4. Ensure your tender is submitted by the closing date and time. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. If you are unsure about any aspect of the tender documentation, please contact a member of the Procurement Team.
6. The Procurement Team welcomes enquiries from unsuccessful tenders on why they were not successful.
