Newtownabbey Borough Council is committed to making access to our services even easier by allowing residents to pay for a range of services online. We currently have our Leisure Centre Bookings available for Zest Fitness members to book and pay online (if applicable) for facilities and classes.

During 2008 we aim to provide bookings and online payments for dog licences, bin purchases, contest entries plus much more! For future developments please keep an eye on this website or your copy of the Council’s Source magazine.
