Carnmoney Co-operative Insurance Football Skills Development Centre was presented with a special award of football coaching equipment including footballs, bibs, discs, reaction ladders and speed agility ladders.

 

It was presented by  The Co-operative Insurance, sponsor of The Co-operative Insurance Football Development Centres, for the high levels of girls’ participation at their Co-operative Insurance Football Skills Development Centre.  

 

Carnmoney Co-operative Insurance Football Skills Development Centre caters for over 160 children in the Carnmoney and Glengormley area under the guidance of Co-ordinator Steven Lowry and his team of volunteer coaches. 

 

The Co-operative Insurance Football Skills Development Centre provides fun and informal coaching based around small-sided games for boys and girls regardless of ability. Coaching sessions include speed, agility and quickness training and skill development games with an emphasis at all times on fun.
