Get spooked out this Halloween as a wide range of frighteningly good activities get underway at Mossley Mill on Wednesday 31^st October from 7-9pm.

A warm welcome will be given to all by the fantastic fire performers whilst the Civic Square will be bursting with lots of spooky family fun activities including seasonal arts and crafts. Witches and wizards, young and old will get goosebumps watching the spectacular fireworks and be dazzled by the dance performance whilst Cool FM will play throughout the event with their bewitching roadshow!

A fancy dress competition will give everyone the chance to really get into the Halloween spirit, with categories for 0-5, 6-12, 13-17 and 18+ years. Face painters will also be at the event ready to transform your little angels into scary monsters! For the brave-hearted, Spooky tours will be taking place through the Theatre at The Mill which will be transformed into a Haunted House for the occasion.

As most of the events are FREE, a big turnout to the spooktacular night is expected. A maximum of 3000 people are allowed admittance to the event so entry is on a first come, first served basis. Car parking is also limited so get down early to get in on the fun!

Spooky tours will cost £1 for under 18s and £2 for over 18s, all in aid of the Mayor’s charities. Booking is essential for the tours so call 028 9034 0037 early to avoid disappointment.
