The internationally acclaimed ‘Forgiveness’ exhibition is on display in the Newtownabbey area at:

The White House 24-27 September 2012, 2-5pm
28-34 White House Park

The Barron Hall, 29-30  September 2012 11:30am-3:00pm
230 Antrim Road

The Forgiveness Exhibition is a thought provoking collection of arresting images and personal narratives exploring forgiveness in the face of atrocity. First launched in London in 2004, it has since been displayed in over 300 venues worldwide. Drawing together voices from South Africa, America, Israel, Palestine, Northern Ireland and England, the exhibition examines forgiveness as a healing process, a journey out of victimhood and, ultimately, a journey of hope

Supporters of the project include actress Emma Thompson and singer Annie Lennox

“The testimonials in this project have taught me a great deal about forgiveness, which I think I thought was something rather easier than it is. They make me weep and they make me really think about what it is to forgive and what it is to try and understand someone instead of demonising them. I think this is probably one of the most important projects in the world today and I hope people will feel able to support it.” Emma Thompson (Actress)
