Moodonna the Material Girl will be grazing her way into Abbeycentre today for her summer holidays. Famous moosician Moodonna has been on tour with the CowParade and has decided to stop off at Abbeycentre for a few weeks of udderly deserved rest!

The Council and CAN Peace III Partnership have 11 cows on display at various locations in Newtownabbey as part of CowParade NI. Abbeycentre have kindly offered to put a roof over Moodonna’s head but how long will it be before they’ve had enough of her and give her the hoof? 

Mark Stewart, Abbeycentre Manager commented: ‘We are delighted to welcome Moodonna to graze and are sure that she will milk all the attention at the centre this summer’.

Lisa O’Kane, Tourism & Events Manager at Newtownabbey Borough Council added: ‘We are grateful to Abbeycentre for welcoming Moodonna to graze and would encourage all those who decorated her earlier in the summer to come and view her’.

The steaks are high so you butter not miss out and get down to Abbeycentre to see Moodonna the Material Girl on display or she will be one moody cow!
