CRASH, Northern Ireland’s leading Accident Management Company, has expanded its regional network by opening a new branch in Glengormley. The branch which was officially opened by The Mayor of Newtownabbey, Alderman Billy Webb, is the fourth branch to open as part of CRASH’s £1 million expansion plan announced last year.
Tony McKeown, Sales and Marketing Director at CRASH commented:
“We have been providing a full range of services to motorists involved in accidents since 1996. We handle all aspects of an accident including vehicle recovery, replacement vehicles, approved repairs and liaising directly with insurance companies on behalf of motorists. We have helped over 45,000 local motorists to date. We are leaders in our marketplace because we continue to focus on our customers and their needs. The aim of our network, which also includes Belfast, Bangor and Newry Branches, is to place our complete service within easy reach of all motorists who have been involved in an accident. Motorists turn up at the nearest branch, drop off the damaged vehicle and drive away in a replacement within minutes. We liaise with the insurance companies and get the vehicle back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
The Mayor, Alderman Billy Webb added:
“Fortunately motor accidents are a fairly rare occurrence for the average motorist. When an accident does occur one of the main challenges for this business is to contact the motorist to give guidance on the services CRASH can provide. I am very pleased to learn about the positive feedback from CRASH customers with over 90% saying they are ‘highly likely’ to refer CRASH to a friend. Having had personal experience of the service provided by CRASH, I would add my voice to that 90%. It is a pleasure to open the new branch and welcome CRASH to the Borough of Newtownabbey.”
