To date Newtownabbey Borough has allocated hundreds of grants to local organisations and individuals. So far, grants have been awarded to organisations which have organised events, activities and projects supporting healthy lifestyles, cross-community relations, cultural expression and community development.

This year Newtownabbey Borough Council have introduced two new grant categories - Sport and Recreation Grants for Individuals and Arts Grants for Individuals.

Grants are available for qualifying organisations and individuals throughout the Newtownabbey Borough area.
