Registration of Business/Activities

Currently if you employ people you need to register with HSENI or the Local Authority depending on the type of business you have. If your business is that of an office, shop or warehouse you can complete an OSR1 Form (.pdf 158Kb) or for any other business other than manufacturing, education, transport, agriculture, health care, construction or government the local authority General Registration Form (.doc 21Kb) may be used and returned to:

Who else is required to register with the Council?

• Premises carrying out the activity of Acupuncture
• Premises carrying out the activity of Electrolysis
• Premises carrying out the activity of Tattooing
• Premises carrying out the activity of Semi-permanent Skin Colouring
• Premises carrying out the activity of Cosmetic Piercing
• Shops selling certain Poisons
• Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporating Condensers
