The Council complaints and compliments procedure has now been in operation since 2001, with complaints recorded on a computer package since the start of April 2001.

Compliment Reports

In order to ensure that we do not concentrate just on the negative it is important to also record compliments. This lets us know when we are doing things right and also to recognizes the staff and services that are getting things right. We have received 1423 compliments over the past 5 years!
