Compliments

In order to ensure that we do not concentrate just on the negative it is important to also record compliments. This lets us know when we are doing things right and also to recognizes the staff and services that are getting things right. We have received 1,645 compliments over the past 6 years!

  • In person at Mossley Mill, at Bruslee or the leisure centres
  • Via a local Councillor
