The Arts and Heritage sections along with The Courtyard Theatre have come together to produce a 3 in 1 Guide and your event will be included in this. So please give full details of your event at the time of booking. If not you will be contacted 3 months before the production date for details.

Currently we produce 5 guides a year covering:

• January - March
• April - June
• July - August
• September - October
• November - December

As well as the guide, we promote theatre events through the following media:

• The TV Screen above the theatre entrance
• Council Website
• 3 Noticeboards in Whiteabbey Hospital
• 1 Noticeboard in Sixmile Leisure Centre
• Monthly Posters to libraries, shops etc
• Press release to local newspapers
• Listings in The Big List (monthly)
• Leaflets for some events
