New Ticketing System

From the start of February 2007, the Courtyard Theatre will be installing a new computerised box office. We would ask for your patience when booking tickets. This will only apply to tickets for shows from March onwards. When you book tickets for the first time, you will be asked for your name, postcode, address and telephone number. Your details will be held on the computer and booking tickets in the future should be easier. We would also ask those who are reserving tickets and not paying for them over the phone to collect these at least 15 minutes before the performance time. Tickets will only be held for 5 days without payment, after this time they may be resold.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, and many major credit/debit cards (no service charge).

Phone Bookings

Tickets must be collected within five working days of booking otherwise they may be resold unless payment has been received.

Postal Bookings

The appropriate remittance and a stamped-addressed envelope must accompany all postal bookings. Please write your name, address and telephone number on the reverse of your cheque. Tickets may be held at the box office if required and collected on the evening of the performance.

Special Requirements

We advise that people who have accessibility requirements or have special needs should contact the Duty Management team prior to their arrival at the event to ensure that they are catered for.
