Bookings can be made in person, by post or by telephone.

Box Office Opening Times

Phone & Counter Bookings:

Mon - Sat 10.00am to 5.00pm

(open till 8.00pm on show nights)

Bookings can be made at either one of our 2 Box Offices - The Courtyard Theatre or Theatre At the Mill.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, and many major credit/debit cards (no service charge).

Phone Bookings

Tickets must be collected within five working days of booking otherwise they may be resold unless payment has been received.

Postal Bookings

The appropriate remittance and a stamped-addressed envelope must accompany all postal bookings. Please write your name, address and telephone number on the reverse of your cheque. Tickets may be held at the box office if required and collected on the evening of the performance.

Special Requirements

We advise that people who have accessibility requirements or have special needs should contact the Duty Management team prior to their arrival at the event to ensure that they are catered for.
