The Courtyard Theatre is accessible to people with disabilities. We advise that people who have accessibility requirements or have special needs should contact the Duty Management team prior to their arrival at the event to ensure that they are catered for.

Induction Loop System

The auditorium has been fitted with an induction loop system for the convenience of hearing aid users.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces (see photo) are available at the main entrance to the theatre. A ramp provides easy access to the entrance foyer which is a few steps below car park level.

Lifts

The theatre also includes a lift from ground floor level to the first floor level.

Seating Access

The seating in the theatre is tiered and the central aisles do not have hand rails on the staircases. If you have any mobility difficulties, please mention this when booking and we will try to allocate seating suitable to your requirements.

We can accommodate 2 wheelchair users and 2 accompanying people in an easy access area. If you require seats in this area, please specify when booking.
