Corporate Strategy
In 1996 the Council began a process of restructuring and introduced a new corporate strategy to bring about change within the organisation. At the heart of this concept was a realisation that the customers of the Council should be at the centre of, and the reason for the services provided by the Borough. Consultation with ratepayers has been a key part of the new approach and has brought about significant change in the way we provide our services.
A new strategy was developed for 2006-2009.
