Roadworks on Old Carrick Road/Doagh Road Junction Jan-Mar 2013

Please be aware that roadworks will be taking place on Old Carrick Road from January to March 2013 affecting traffic to Mossley Mill coming from Carrickfergus. The road may be closed or very busy at times and a signposted diversion may be in place. Click the map below to open a larger version showing the diversion (opens in a new window).

Mossley Mill is located at Mossley Mill, Carnmoney Road North, BT36 5QA. Only 15 minutes from the city centre, there is ample free parking.

By Car

Simply take the M2 out of Belfast towards Antrim, exiting at Sandyknowes roundabout, take the A8 towards Larne. Drive through 1 roundabout and turn right at the 2nd roundabout. Pass Ballyearl Arts & Leisure Centre on the left and take the next right onto Carnmoney Road North and Mossley Mill is on the left. Keep an eye out for the original Mill chimney.

Car Parking

Visitors to Mossley Mill should park using the Visitors Car Park (first turn on the right).There is accessible parking at the Main Entrance. Visitors to Theatre at The Mill, Meet at The Mill, Museum at The Mill should park at the rear of the site and there is accessible parking at the side of the theatre.

By Bus

There is a bus stop adjacent to the entrance to Mossley Mill. The Metro Bus 1D runs from Donegal Sq West right to Mossley Rail Station opposite Mossley Mill. Details of times and services are available at www.translink.co.uk
