Funding for Community Festivals

For the first time grants can be completed online at www.newtownabbey.gov.uk/communitygrants Every application completed online will be entered into a prize draw to win two tickets to a performance of your choice at the Theatre at the Mill.

1st Call for Community Festivals Fund Grant Applications 2012 - 2013

Applications are now invited from community organisations wishing to hold festivals within the Borough of Newtownabbey during the period 1 April 2012 – 31 March 2013.

All applications will be considered against set criteria. Financial assistance up to a maximum of 75% of total festival costs (maximum £5,000) will be available.

The closing date for receipt of completed application forms is Friday 27 January 2012 at 4:00pm.

Please note Community Festivals will no longer be funded under Newtownabbey Borough Councils Community Services Grant Aid Programme. All festival applications should therefore be submitted to the Community Festivals Fund.
