Newtownabbey Community Voice is an independent umbrella organisation which provides a link and offers support to the community and voluntary sector within the Newtownabbey Borough Council area. The aim of the organisation is to build the capacity and strength of the community and voluntary sector across the Borough of Newtownabbey and to provide a link between the community groups and between the community groups and the statutory sector.
