Tuesdays
Yoga: 10:00am–11:30am
Cardio Box: 5:30pm–6:30pm
Body Toning: 7:00pm–8:00pm
Pilates: 8:15pm–9:15pm
Wednesdays
Bums, Legs and Tums: 7:00pm-8:00pm
Thursdays
Aerobics: 7:30pm–8:30pm
Zest Fitness Members can book Zest Fitness classes up to 7 days in advance at reception or book online.
